The days of the traditional High Street agent are coming to an end and times are changing. 95% of buyers start their property search online, due to this our marketing is heavily internet based. We advertise Rightmove as well as Social Media which we find a fantastic marketing tool, and allows our clients behind the scene access to our day to day activities.
We are also the ONLY Estate Agent in the area to work 12 HOURS a day and OPEN 7 DAYS a week. We find this is hugely beneficial to our clients, it means appointments can take place when most convenient for you, and can result in a quick sale due additional viewings taking place outside of the traditional 9-5 working hours.
Although our approach is modern, we have very strong traditional values, we have a comfortable High Street office based in Buckfastleigh for clients and customers to call into at their leisure (the Kettle is always on). We believe in accompanying all viewings, and delivering a high end customer service, with prompt feedback from viewings and regular marketing updates.
